The Antitragic – Adrian Naidin concert in the Grand Hall of the National Theatre of Bucharest, on 8 May 2017, 7.30 p.m.
The Antitragic, the controversial name of the new concert given by cellist Adrian Naidin, originates from the way the artist relates to his own trials of destiny. Adrian Naidin has a positive temper and if you get to know him, either as a friend or through his performing art, you shall realise that each moment spent with him can be considered a good therapy against sadness.
The fresh, energetic air and the artist’s spontaneity, with each melody piercing his thought, creates on the stage masterful snapshots. Over the last years, Adrian Naidin has instilled loyalty in an impressive number of fans, with which he enjoys and explores musically in all of his concerts.
Adrian Naidin has graduated from the Sigismund Toduță Musical High School, class of Prof. Gabriela Todor, who played a huge and decisive role in his training as a cellist and the Gheorghe Dima Music Academy of Cluj-Napoca, department for Cello and Chamber Music.
He made his debut in 1998 as an instrumentalist at the Hungarian Opera of Cluj-Napoca. From 2000 to 2003, he collaborated with the National Theatre of Bucharest for theatre music. Since 2001, he has been a member of the Radio National Orchestra of Bucharest.
The numerous concerts he gave over time on the Romanian and foreign stages include:

Since 2014, the artist has constantly participated, with an extraordinary success, in the projects of the Spectaculis Cultural Association:
The Sweepers of Heaven, concert with full house every time and the concert Exploring Jazz, a jazzy delight with Roberto Fonseca as a special guest, one of the most appreciated Cuban pianists, are moments of artistic collaboration crucial for his career.
Since 2011, Adrian Naidin has been involved in the theatre project Caramitru - Mălăele – Spinning a Yarn”, which is usually performed to a full house.
Recently, the artist has been a special guest in the concerts of the groups Holograf and Phoenix and he is the host of the show AntiTragic from radio Smart FM.
At the concert from the Grand Hall of the National Theatre of Bucharest, from 8 May 2017, 7.30 p.m., Adrian Naidin shall have cellist Cătălina Naidin as a special guest.
