Santi and Rosó are two young artists from Barcelona who arrived in a small town in the provinces to perform a show of "romantic duets". In rehearsals for the show, the two begin to question their lives and their love relationship. Apparently, the triggering event for this tension is Santi's brother-in-law's car accident.
But previously unacknowledged truths and doubts about the couple begin to surface: "you don't love me", "there's nothing between us anymore", "from the beginning I realized the relationship wasn't going to work". The two end up focusing on what they don't have, on financial shortfalls and their artistic unfulfillment. It all happens under the pressure of the audience coming to the "romantic duets" performance.
A bittersweet comedy about the feeling of failure. About professional failure, couple crisis, the need to lie and taking refuge in unfulfilled dreams.

"In a fortunate initiative (a production by the Ion Sava Creation and Research Centre 9G Program, based on a modern, interesting and exciting text by the Spanish author Joan Yago) and which, here it is, is holding its own, the Bucharest National Theatre is making the stage of the Small Hall available to young creators, who have taken the opportunity to take part in a project to refresh their values and promote themselves. Here, with a hundred or so seats, the performance directed with professionalism and rigor by Florin Lita and performed admirably (with strength and authenticity, with gentleness and humor) by the young and talented Irina Stefan and Denis Hanganu challenges you to a necessary moment of empathy and understanding. Don't miss it, it's a great shame!"
