On Sunday, May 5th, 2019, from 11.00 a.m., Ioan Stanomir shall hold the conference entitled Romania, 1989 / 2019 - a Photograph, after Thirty Years.
About the Conference
Where are we, three decades after 1989? What are the factors that shaped contemporary Romania? What is the place of this interval during the 19th century since 1918? These are the questions from which the present conference departs. It does not intend to give definitive answers, but only to encourage the exercise of patriotic lucidity. Without the latter, our homeland cannot build a future based on freedom and human dignity. Ioan Stanomir
