Rewritten especially for the Orizont Sonor Festival, Mondes by Alexandra Badea is a play written as an immediate response to current events. Two voices talk to each other without ever seeing each other, from two places in crisis, two hot spots of global chaos. Through virtual correspondence, they try to understand and resist. Fueled by online images, the writing becomes poetic and urgent, questioning our relationship with violence and even with the present moment. An attempt at fiction in the face of an unbearable reality.
