Notice of participation in public tendering - Bookshop, April 26
The „Ion Luca Caragiale” National Theatre of Bucharest, with its seat in 2 Nicolae Bălcescu Blvd., District 1, as owner of the management right, organises, under the Law no. 213/1998 regarding public property and its legal status, as amended and supplemented, a public tender procedure for renting the space „Bookshop”, with a total surface of 144,81 sqm, located inside the Theatre’s building, A1 wing (123,81 sqm at level -1m and 21,00 sqm at level ±0m), for activities of retail sale of books, in specialised stores, for the visitors and staff of the „I. L. Caragiale” National Theatre of Bucharest.
Rental period: 3 years, with the possibility of extension.
Natural persons or legal entities may participate in the call for tenders, Romanian or foreigners, with the scope of business “Retail sale of books, in specialised stores” (NACE code 4761) and meeting the criteria for participating in the call for tenders, specified in the tender documentation.
The tender documentation is available at the Theatre’s headquarters, Office for Public Procurement, Investment, 4th floor or on the website https://www.tnb.ro/en/public-tendering.
The premises can be visited every day after appointment, from Monday to Friday, from 10.00 - 14.00.
The tendering security is 2.000,00 RON and is created through transfer into the account RO95TREZ7015005XXX000138 at the Treasury of District 1 or through bank security letter.
The minimum level of the monthly rent, at which the call for tenders starts, is 10,00 euros/sqm.
The notice regarding the organisation of the present call for tenders has been transmitted for publishing in the media, press and on the notice board on 26.04.2017.
The tenders shall be submitted at the Theatre’s Registry, until 10.05.2017, 11:00 at the latest.
The tenders shall be opened on 10.05.2017, at 2.00 p.m.
The result of the call for tenders shall be communicated by 26.05.2017.
