The Memory of Water to Braila
22 September 2016The tenth edition of the Days and Nights of European Theatre in Brăila shall take place in the time frame 19 – 25 September 2016 at the Maria Filotti Theatre, opening after two years and a half. The topic of this year’s festival is "The Theatre between Story and Crisis", uniting under the arch of the Brăila theatre well-known and acknowledged theatre troupes, famous and exemplary contemporary authors, directors and actors from manifold theatrical, but complementary trends, which shall showcase a programme for all tastes. For the theatre lovers, this festival represents a unique moment, a glamorous encounter with directors in the spotlight of the national theatrical phenomenon, such as: Radu Afrim, Cristi Juncu, Erwin Şimşensohn, Sânziana Stoican, Vladimir Anton, Ştefan Lupu, Slava Sambişi, Adrian Iclenzan, Radu Iacoban, Andrei and Andreea Grosu, Andrei Măjeri, Dragoş Alexandru Muşoiu, but also with exceptional actors: Marius Manole, Cecilia Bârbora, Medeea Marinescu, Ada Galeş, Emilia Dobrin, Florin Piersic Jr., Vlad Zamfirescu, Andi Vasluianu, Florentina Năstase, Ionuţ Vişan and many others.
