A clue about the play!

The butler, the minister and the mistress. A love triangle very common in 1930s Romania...

Any resemblance with today's reality is, of course, not coincidental!

The actors Adriana Trandafir, Gabriel Fatu, Ion Ionut Ciocia, Alexandra Apetrei / Maria Claudia Vasile, Vlad Corbeanu and Mihai Muntenita make this wonderful play: liars lied to... cheated cheaters... tangled tangles... in a word a brilliant comedy, played at a fast pace.

There is no shortage of dramatic moments, too, in which plans, sewn with much too thin thread, lead to the unraveling of all the relationships in Minister Iorgu Vasiliu's household. With crazy decisions motivated by blind love, suspense driven by death threats and a Police Inspector who intervenes at the right moment to try to unravel a mystery, all it takes is one Madman for "Our Mistress from the Ministry Office" to become a Police comedy.
