The "Ion Luca Caragiale" National Theatre of Bucharest, headquartered in Nicolae Bălcescu Boulevard no. 2,district 1, as holder of the right of administration, organises, according to Law no. 213/1998 on the public property and its legal regime, with the subsequent amendments and completions, a public tender for renting the premises "Buffet, Restaurant, Cafeteria", located in the Theater building, for public catering and preparation and serving services table for visitors and staff of the "I.L. Caragiale" National Theatre of Bucharest. Rental period: 5 years, with the possibility of extension. Romanian and foreign natural and legal persons may participate in the auction, with the object of activity the NACE Code Rev. 1; 5530 - Restaurants, CAEN Rev.2 Code; 5610 - Restaurants, which meet the conditions for participation in the tender, as set out in the tender documentation. The award documentation can be obtained from the Theater, Public Procurement, Investment, Floor 4 or from the www.tnb.ro/ro/achiziti-publice website. The visit can be scheduled every day from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The tender guarantee is 15.000,00 euros (equivalent in RON at the NBR exchange rate of the day when it is formed) and is constituted by transfer into the account RO95TREZ7015005XXX000138 from the Treasury of district 1 or by bank guarantee letter. The minimum monthly rent from which the auction starts is 15 euro / sqm according to the tender specifications and Annex 1. The announcement regarding the organisation of this auction was submitted for publication in the media, press and notice on 19.06.2018. Bids shall be submitted to the Theater Registry no later than 17.07.2018 at 12:00 p.m. The offers shall be opened on 17.07.2018, 1:00 p.m. The open auction shall be organised within two days since the communication of the results of the qualification stage.
