The Ion Luca Caragiale National Theater in Bucharest, located at 2 Nicolae Bălcescu Boulevard, Sector 1, as the holder of the right of administration, is organizing, under the terms of Law No. 213/1998 on public property and No. Government Ordinance No. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, a public auction for the lease of spaces in the public domain of the state and under the administration of the "I.L. Caragiale" National Theater in Bucharest. Lease term: 5 years, with the possibility of extension for one year, by means of an addendum. Romanian or foreign natural persons and legal entities that meet the conditions for participation in the tender, as set out in the tender documentation, may participate in the tender. The contracting authority will send the tender documentation to interested parties upon request to the email address achizitii@tnb.ro. The documentation will be sent to the email address provided by the applicant. Visits to the premises can be scheduled every day, Monday to Friday, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The bid bond is equal to two months' rent calculated at the starting price of the auction, calculated in lei at the NBR exchange rate on January 15, 2026, and is paid by bank transfer to account RO95TREZ7015005XXX000138 at the Sector 1 Treasury. The minimum monthly rent at which the auction starts is 20 euros/sqm, according to Government Decision 850 of October 9, 2025, and the tender documentation. Bids shall be submitted to the Theater Registry Office by 11:00 a.m. on January 30, 2026, at the latest.
