“Romanian heart” is a complex show, an outburst of indignation, humour and hope, a metaphor that lifts the Romanian man out of the misery of this world in order to reveal to him a mystic perspective on history, able to make it come back to life, a testament of peerless talent and an exceptional virtuosity in expressing itself artistically.

Dan Puric, through mime, theatre, dance, and other means of expression, tells the story of the Romanian people’s emergence out of communism, of its attempts to adapt to the western system, at the cost of humiliation and great suffering in the absence of a real understanding from the West.
