Shakespeare. A Story Told by Young People at NTB
Summer starts at NTB with 9G (The New Generation of Creators). The first winning performances at the project contest initiated by The National Theatre of Bucharest, through “Ion Sava" Theatrical Research and Creation Centre, dedicated to independent young people, are coming in the spotlights. On the 20th, 21st and 22nd of June – Dystopia. Shakespeare Remix. A performance about power in all of its forms, a profound analysis, set up in a modern way, 100% Shakespeare. An exposure and a demystification of reality. A show abounding in questions about the human being and his violent nature floating with the stream of continuous “evolution of society”. The weapons are now different, but is the will of power as violently rooted in its profound structure as before?
