In December, the voice that has been rounding out for a quarter of a century the magic of winter holidays, will be heard throughout and across the country and will delight listeners everywhere with the caressing tunes of traditional Romanian carols.
Bucharesters will receive the priceless musical gift on December 23rd, 2019, at the National Theatre, in the Grand Hall. Those present at the meeting with the beloved carol singer from Maramures will have the opportunity to listen, during two hours to songs like White Flowers, Three Shepherds, Let It Snow, Mild is Mild, Holy Christmas Evening and Day Dawn.
Always sung with the same sensitivity, the carols performed by Stefan Hrusca have acquired the status of a true native tradition of the winter holidays. The concerts are among the longest-lived recurrent events on the Romanian market: launched in 1991, the series of Christmas concerts given by Stefan Hruşcă will be staged for the 27th time this year. The moment will be marked by a playlist made up of the most beloved carols, brought before the public throughout time by the original singer from the heart of Maramures.
Therefore, do not miss a soulful encounter, which puts the traditional carol in a place of honour, performed in the most honest and authentic manner.
With the extraordinary participation of mezzo-soprano Ruxandra Donose!
