The procedure for the public procurement of fire protection services is cancelled
Notice regarding the cancellation of the awarding procedure for the public procurement of fire protection services –private fire prevention and extinction service for the buildings under the administration of the „I.L. Caragiale” National Theatre of Bucharest (offices and extensions, show halls and extensions, workshops, warehouses etc.), CPV code 75251000-0
We hereby notify the interested parties that following the analysis of the offers submitted at the awarding procedure of the public procurement contract in the matter of fire protection services – the private fire prevention and extinction service, CPV code 75251000-0, the Contracting Authority decided to cancel the procedure, taking into account the provisions of art. 212 paragraph (1) letter a) of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement: „… no acceptable offer has been submitted”.
The procedure shall be resumed as soon as possible.
