Being an outdoor space, in case of rain, the following rule shall apply:- if the rain starts before the performance time and the set-up time allows it, the performance will be moved to one of the theatre halls. If this is not possible, either the performance will be rescheduled and tickets will remain valid, or a refund will be issued.- if rain starts during the performance, the performance is suspended and cannot be rescheduled nor the ticket price refunded. (bilet.ro) Creanga comes to life in June, with humor, rhythm and a touch of theater, in the special tour “Concert after Creangă - Memories of my Childhood”, performed by the unmistakable Ada Milea and the versatile Berti Barbera. The two artists transform their voices and instruments into a whole gallery of characters, reimagining the world of Ion Creanga's childhood in a unique “concert in 2”. The audience will be taken through the misadventures of the child Nica, in a sonic reinterpretation full of fun and fantasy: from “stealing from the cherry tress” and the river swimming to the famous “missing hoopoe” from the linden tree and other old-time pranks. Toulouse Lautrec & Rana concert
21 August 2025Important announcement regarding the performances at the NTB Amphitheatre!Being an outdoor space, in case of rain, the following rule shall apply:- if the rain starts before the performance time and the set-up time allows it, the performance will be moved to one of the theatre halls. If this is not possible, either the performance will be rescheduled and tickets will remain valid, or a refund will be issued.- if rain starts during the performance, the performance is suspended and cannot be rescheduled nor the ticket price refunded.Thank you for your understanding! Toulouse Lautrec are a reminder of Little Paris in the 2000s, they are a black and white photo of a “back to the future” movie frame in which the actor uses a 16" wrench. Toulouse Lautrec borrowed from the painter's personality and spread it on the airwaves and on the country's stages. In an age of the prefix “post,” Toulouse Lautrec are post-indie-rock, post-mainstream and post-underground. They've managed to survive myspace, youtube, facebook, instagram, spotify and now they're coping with artificial intelligence. They are and have remained four guys who play guitars and drums and have been reinventing themselves for 15 years now. They have 6 albums, dozens of songs in the charts, dozens of music videos, countless gigs in about seven countries and seven seas, as far as they can remember. Rana is a melancholic alternative rock band formed in Pitesti that saw the light of the world in the fall of 2016. The band's sound can be categorized from alternative rock to indie-emo rock, and the lyrics are mostly about love, sometimes touching on social themes. The band has released singles such as “Chinese Sky” and “Far Away”, and in August 2022 their debut EP “Electric Green” was released, and in August 2023, their second EP, called “Codependent”, was released, a record that captures a couple's love story captured in 6 acts, more precisely in 6 songs. The most recent EP, called “Noi Doi (Versus restul lumii)” is built around a love that isolates from the rest of the world. The center of the world becomes the two of them. Whether it's the toxic, anxious, fleeting love or the one that stays forever, for a moment, nothing exists but him & her. It's an EP about love and the global perils it comes with. Alexandra Usurelu Concert
14 August 2025Alexandra Usurelu returns to the National Theater in Bucharest on August 14, 2025, for an extraordinary concert with her musicians in the TNB Amphitheater Hall. The concert "Pe sub stele-n sus" (Upright Under the Stars) recreates the unique experiences of previous years, when Alexandra Usurelu managed to create a truly magical atmosphere above the city, carrying her fans to the stars with her fine and suave music, away from the noise and crowds. The concert on August 14, 2025, will include her beloved songs, as well as others that have not yet been released, performed live with the support of her musicians, remarkable names on the Romanian jazz scene and in the world of orchestral music. Alexandra Usurelu's voice and personality have shaped the image of a unique artist in Romanian music for connoisseurs of quality music, whose concerts are not to be missed. A true success story of independent music in Romania, Alexandra Usurelu has managed in just a few years to evolve from concerts with a few dozen spectators on club stages to sold-out tours with a band and private orchestra in theaters across the country, developing a tradition of presenting increasingly sophisticated artistic content year after year, with complex concert productions comparable to those of the most famous mainstream artists, on the stages of philharmonic halls and national theaters, sometimes with several concerts sold out on the same day. Alexandra has released the studio album "La capatul lumii" (At the End of the World) (2014), the DVD "Simfonic Pur" (2016), filmed live at her first concert at the National Theater in Bucharest, and the studio album "Fata care chiar exista" (The Girl who Really Exists) (2022). His first album, "La capatul lumii" (At the End of the World), received three nominations from the Romanian Broadcasting Corporation at the 13th edition of the Radio Romania Music Awards, in the categories "Best Debut," "Best Album," and "Best Duet" (for "Something's Happening to Us" ft. Mircea Vintila). Her collaborations with folk artists (Mircea Vintila, Dinu Olarasu, Mircea Rusu, Narcisa Suciu) and pop artists (Cornel Ilie/VUNK, Dan Byron, etc.) have exposed her music and artistic universe to a diverse and wide audience, and the hundreds of concerts she has given to date have made her a unique artist in Romanian music, not only because of her style and musical talent, but especially thanks to her naturalness and influential lyrics, which resonate in the hearts of her listeners. For her second album, entitled "Fata care chiar exista" (The Girl Who Really Exists) and released in early 2022, Alexandra Usurelu tackled powerful themes and subjects, all with modern poetry that transcends the themes of current pop music, poetry clothed in the fine sounds of classical music, classic jazz, or the essential sounds of folk music, brought back to life and reinterpreted. The album was recorded with her band, made up of outstanding jazz musicians, and a string orchestra. The integration of a string orchestra into her music began several years ago, the orchestra being not just an extension of pomp and sound for pop songs, but an integral part of the entire musical concept staged by Alexandra. The album "Fata care chiar exista" (The Girl who Really Exists) offers a synaesthetic experience of the senses, not just impeccable listening. These are songs that have been played for many years in concerts, arranged for band and string orchestra, a sound experience very different from what pop music offers, but easy to understand and desirable for any art consumer who prefers to seek out the music they listen to themselves," says Bobby Stoica, composer and music producer of the album "The Girl Who Really Exists." Alexandra Usurelu is a constant presence in the seasons of cultural institutions' orchestras, but she also collaborates successfully with the few private orchestras. In June 2024, she gave her most important concert to date at the Romanian Athenaeum, in the Royal Season, alongside the highly acclaimed Bucharest orchestra Camerata Regala, conducted by Constantin Grigore. Without any fancy stuff or aggressive promotion, Alexandra Usurelu has done something that might seem like just a faint hope in Romania these days: she's won over an educated audience with refined tastes, who like to pick the music they listen to and follow their favorite artists to concert halls. Tickets for the concert "Pe sub stele-n sus" (Upright Under the Stars) on August 14, 2025, at the TNB Amphitheater Hall, are available in electronic format at www.iabilet.ro, in Flanco stores, Metrou Unirii 1, Muzica, IQ BOX, and at Selfpay terminals. Online, you can pay by card, PayPal, Sodexo cultural voucher cards, Vodafone or Orange invoice, or cash on delivery via Fan Courier, anywhere in the country. Children are admitted free of charge, as long as they can be held in the arms of their parents or guardians who have secured a seat in the hall with a valid concert ticket. The Mono Jacks concert
12 August 2025Important announcement regarding the performances at the NTB Amphitheatre!Being an outdoor space, in case of rain, the following rule shall apply:- if the rain starts before the performance time and the set-up time allows it, the performance will be moved to one of the theatre halls. If this is not possible, either the performance will be rescheduled and tickets will remain valid, or a refund will be issued.- if rain starts during the performance, the performance is suspended and cannot be rescheduled nor the ticket price refunded.Thank you for your understanding! If you get the chance to see The Mono Jacks live, you'll immediately understand why they're a very special band. Whether you discover them in an intimate club or on the stage of a big festival (such as Sziget, Exit Festival, Eurosonic Noorderslag, Electric Castle, Rocanotherworld, ARTMania, TIFF), the incredible chemistry between the band members and their captivating energy will make you want to see them again and again. The Mono Jacks formed in 2008, founded by Doru Trascau - the soul of this project, a charismatic lead singer also known as the voice and face of the grunge band AB4 (which dominated the Romanian rock scene in the 2000s and won the MTV European Music Awards in 2003). Over the years, the band has gone through all possible phases- from line-up changes, to breaks and splits, to spectacular retreats and comebacks, releasing memorable tracks like “Tablou”, ‘Drumul’, or “Un Sfert De Secunda” in all the while. 2017 marked an important moment in the band's evolution, as The Mono Jacks released the album “Slightly Distorted” in a new and energetic formula. The new line-up quickly won over fans with the hit ‘1000 DA’, opening a new chapter for the band. The Mono Jacks continued to surprise, releasing two more studio albums - “Gloria” in 2020 and the most recent, “The New Cloud”, in 2023 - setting new records, such as selling 400 tickets in less than two minutes or performing in front of 50,000 people at the Bucharest iMapp - an emotional moment that left them in tears of joy. From sold out clubs in record time to concerts in some of the biggest venues in the country (Arenele Romane, Sala Palatului), and touring with a full orchestra, The Mono Jacks remain a reference name for the alternative rock scene in Romania, and their music a collection of authentic stories, sung with unmistakable passion. Luiza Zan & Jazzpar Trio concert

Luiza Zan, together with the Jazzpar Trio, brings the sound and charm of Django Reinhardt's 1930s Paris to the music scene. A member of the Manouche clan, Reinhardt was inspired by American jazz to which he added elements of originality, giving birth to a complex new musical style: gipsy jazz, also known as manouche jazz. The Jazzpar project is the realization of a common dream that the three founders of the band have had for several years. Each of them has a wealth of experience on the music scene, tackling different genres, from rock to flamenco, jazz, funk and even electronic music. In 2017, after a long wait, it was time for the dream of a gypsy jazz band to come to life. Today, the band's repertoire includes well-known pieces such as Minor Swing, Django's Tigre, Softly, Bossa Dorado, La vie en rose and more, approached in a way that combines the established sound with elements of the Jazzpar trio brand.
