The show represents a proposal of coexistence between our peoples and an outcry of protest against war, against racism, violence and transitory materialistic goals which often serve petty interests.
    
It is dedicated to the mothers of the whole world who lost their children and husbands in the absurdity of war, violence, terrorism. To the entire nations sentenced to exile, which have vanquished destiny and have survived.

Euripides, always contemporary, the greatest tragic after Aristotle, audacious and modernist, intellectual and poet, transposes the psychology of daily life into tragedy. He transforms Aeschylus’ Theology and Sophocles’ Ethics into an audacious realism. And, as he utters through Hecuba’s words, "the one who has perished is nothing, but the living still has a hope".

The performance shall have Romanian and English surtitles
