The Special Hospital by Iosif Naghiu, is a play about how a revolution was stolen. The Romanian dream of December 1989 has been shattered and the dreamers left on the barricades have been agonizing for over 20 years now , in the flimsy hospital beds of an endless transition.

A radiography on how to recreate the new Power in the symbolic space of a hospital, a tragi-comedy about a sick world, in which the imposters call themselves victims. Ever since 1992, when he wrote the play, the playwright Iosif Naghiu has been among the first to anticipate the post-revolutionary development of the Romanian society.
